When you click "Send Booking Request via WhatsApp", the form structures your answers into a readable text message and transfers you directly to the official WhatsApp conversation with our coordinator at +9391059747.

Your communication then takes place via WhatsApp subject to WhatsApp's standard terms and end-to-end encryption.

4. GPS Location Sharing Policy

If you choose to use the "Share My Current Location" feature on our booking form, your browser's Geolocation API is accessed only after your explicit action and permission. We never track your location in the background. Your coordinates are used solely to generate a clickable Google Maps link included in your direct WhatsApp message so our mobile technician can navigate accurately to your vehicle.

5. No Collection of Financial Data

We do not collect credit card numbers, debit card details, bank credentials, or UPI PINs on this website. Any payment for visiting charges or puncture repairs is settled directly with the visiting technician upon service completion via standard in-person methods (cash or direct UPI).
